INSURANCE
Insurance business in Grenada is regulated in accordance with the Insurance Act, CAP 150 of the 2010 Continuous Revised Edition of the Laws of Grenada. As at December 31, 2025 there are twenty-six (26) companies licenced to conduct insurance business in Grenada under the Insurance Act CAP 150. The General insurance sector comprises of fourteen (14) companies of which one (1) is a Composite company and one (1) is an Association of Underwriters. The Life insurance sector comprises of twelve (12) companies of which one (1) is a Composite company and two (2) are under judicial management and cannot write any new business.
